A Little Lubrication

Okay, so I'm going through a lull - a bit of a dry patch sexually speaking one could say. Since I flinged my f buddy due to gross inconsideration, I've been laying low - just in the sex stakes, not in the life stakes. I've been swimming, surfing (or trying to), beach walking, yoga-ing (such a word?), climbing, frisbeeing and basically loving all the sun and fun on offer in Melbourne's glorious summer. I did mention somewhere along the line living voyeuristically through you guys. It's just a temporary thing. After a very active, 12-day summer hol, I'm tanned, toned, feelin' hot and just about ready to re-activate my radar prrretty soon, but in the meantime I'd love to hear about your highest sexual highs.

I mean, what makes it so great? Is it the closeness and affection you share with someone, or is it the physical act and release? Is it better when you have both the relationship and the sex or can casual sex be awesome? While I can definitely answer YES to the latter, I wonder if it's really that memorable, or whether relationship sex takes a firmer hold in our memories. I really want to try and pinpoint some specifics, like people's views on having sex while pissed or stoned (I personally prefer reality), or whether sex aids make it better. Is it the slow, attentive sex that works for you or the fast and furious? While I know it's a pretty individual thing, I'd really like to come up with a list of 10 or so things that are essential to good sex. Being out of the loop for a while, this gal needs to get herself prepared. Juji x

Aw thanks Superman. Most of you know by now that I'm not too phased by what others think of me (although it's always nice to be complemented). Still, I'm curious to know whether anyone else thinks me a little freaky, and if so why? Feedback is cool. And what special powers do you possess Superman?

How true! Linz... If you are at a spa you are definetely a freak!... But if not you might still be one. Juji is kinda freaky 'cuz she be actin' an takin so normal. And that's cute.

Mmmm...Bubbles. Now that's a great idea. Sex when the mind and muscles are completely relaxed is sublime. Which means I missed a damn good opportunity yesterday, given I had a super cool massage. Alas, no lover to play with so came home and cooked a roast chook.

And...judging by the fact that the lovely Linz has given me a good sex idea, but Superman and ThisGuy haven't, I can only assume that men find it difficult to tak about sex (Yeah, it's a long stretch, but humor me anyhow). Come to think of it, they don't seem to have trouble talking bout it with their mates. Is a public forum different? Or is it different talking about it to girls? Come on guys. Let it all hang out (not literally - that ain't pretty unless you plan to do something constructive with it).

It's definetley a long stretch... but that is a different story. You're right, guys don't generally talk about sex in a public forum with girls. Unless they are gay....And by gay I don't mean happy and carefree... Get down with your freaky self Juji!... Right on!

I use to think you had to have an "emotional" connection with a guy to have great sex. I am now dating someone that I really like but it is more about "fun". We are in that weird phase of more than dating but not exclusive...Sex is incredible because he is wild and into biting, spanking, etc. I am not sure where it is headed but it has definitely opened my eyes to new sexual possibilities.

After copping a bagful of crap quite some blogs ago about the potential bliss of casual sex, I am elated to read your comment. Yay for you. What a great discovery. And, as for where it's headed, do you really need to know that right now? Right now, it's great. Having said that, I'm not sure I'm gonna add biting and spanking to my sex list (which currently contains one item - the spa) - although come to think of it, I have enjoyed a gentle slap on the tush on the odd occasion. Mmmm...need to think about whether that makes it to the list. Here's to great new discoveries. Keep us posted.
